I'm in early in my use of Collective to organize my small business / self-employed finances, but thus far the onboarding experience has been great. Huge kudos to the onboarding team (Lauren's Leadership) and specifically Shobi who helped guide me through some of my initial questions. Faaiz has also been extremely helpful in answering questions through the messaging feature. If anyone is on the fence about the value that Collective provides vs the price they charge for the service, I would say that there is significant value in what Collective does. Looking forward to continuing to use the service!

Having Elizabeth Mullins as my rep has made working with Collective SO MUCH more enjoyable. When we hop on calls her level of explanation is super clear & has made understanding Bookkeeping + Tax law not nearly as intimidating! Before she was placed as my account rep, we were about a month away from giving our notice to Collective that we were switching. But along with her help & Collective's one-stop shop for accounting we plan on remaining as customers for a lot longer!

John is incredibly patient with me, who never went to business school and knows nothing about finances, yet I've owned a small business for 10 years. I am learning so much from him, its truly priceless! He also is very encouraging and explains things in a way that really make sense to me. He's hilarious to top it off and makes the boring stuff fun! highly recommend The Collective and John!
