Very pleased with the high quality of the poster. The colors explode off the thick paper.

Haven't received my order yet, but found them on IG after the WuTang Clan Final Chamber show in SF, and learned they were the official variant show poster vendor. They offered a hand signed and numbered foil variant of the show print that was not sold at the show. I signed up with a different email and received a first order 15% off discount code, but when I placed the order, I used a different email and forgot the discount code . I contacted customer service to see if they could apply this code, but they could not find my order, so I emailed the order confirmation # and received a response that they applied it and would receive a refund confirmation shortly, which I received not long after. So, in my situation they provided good customer service, unlike some of the most recent reviews. Let's see if the order is fulfilled correctly.

Good quality product. Shipment arrived when expected. No issues

I ordered a poster that came with a GAS card, the poster was great and a good quality print, however the GAS collectable card was not. i got in touch with them by email to which they quickly responded, after a short correspondence they rectified the issue and sent out a replacement card. I’m based in the UK and the turn around to correct the problem was very quick indeed, good customer service that took responsibility. Thanks again Iconic for sorting out the damaged card.

I'm giving 5 stars because things worked out in the end, and it didn't take so long. Initially, I ordered 2 cards but only received 1. I believe it was just an honest mistake, these things can happen, so I wouldn't hold it against anyone, especially since it got sorted out in the end. Maybe the response takes 1-2 weeks, but maybe it was busy at this time of the year. To me, that wasn't so bad. Perhaps there was uncertainty about getting a response, but once I did get in touch with someone they took care of things very fast. Now my second card is on the way. The customer service truly impressed me and saved the experience, so that's why I'm ok with this rating. Everything else--shipping, packaging, quality of item--all excellent!
