Like everybody else I was scammed out of £75 for a fan that wasn’t as advertised. The company refused to reimburse me unless I paid for return postage to China. They then offered £15 as a goodwill gesture which I refused. Luckily I had paid with PayPal so I took the matter to them. They looked into it and found in my favour and gave me a full refund - well done Paypal!

Une arnaque totale ! J' ai bien fini par recevoir le materiel mais il n' a jamais fonctionné ! J' ai pu entrer en contact avec l' entreprise qui est a chezen en Chine mais ils n'ont rien voulu savoir ! En fin de compte, on me propose un remboursement contre un renvoi a ma charge ! ( de 80 € ! Ils me proposaient 15 € de réduction sur cette somme !!!) Bien entendu je n'ai rien retourné et j' en suis tout de même pour pres de 70 € de ma poche pour rien ! Une arnaque totale a la chinoise...sympa et tout mais arnaque a fond en souriant !

C est un simple ventilateur...pas du tout un climatiseur Très cher pour ce que c est.. Publicité mensongère! Seul avantage rechargeable donc se pose partout...

Das Gerät nützt und bringt nichts. Es ist keinen Cent wert! Alles Fake Bewertung in der Werbung! Das gilt auch für ähnliche Produkte. Nur eine richtige Klimaanlage die etwas kostet lohnt sich!

If I could give less than 1 I would. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. It’s a cheap desk fan not a portable air conditioning unit, it would hardly keep you cool right next to you face. Furthermore it’s really difficult to get a refund. This isn’t quite a scam because you do get a desk fan but it’s absolutely missold on the website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (unless you like wasting money and time)

Would not recommend this company. Received my package and they were rubbish contacted company and asked for return label they said i had to pay for return postage which cost about £50.to return to China. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMP🤬

What a waste of money. I would not pay £2 for it. DO NOT BUY. Not only is it totally pathetic, it took 3 weeks to arrive. I wasted a further £18 for the warranty which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Absolute scam
