If I could give a zero star rating I would. Like the rest, I wish I’d read the reviews. Disgusting customer service. Offered an insulting refund amount. Given a return address in China even though the products clearly did not come from China as they were delivered too quickly. Still in dispute but won’t give up until I have my money back. Utterly sh!t quality product

Oh how I wished I read the reviews first - I would never have bought. The bras are a complete con and are totally unsupportive, flimsy and useless - I have literally thrown them away in the bin. Trying to get customer support with this company is just awful and they make it really really difficult for you to send any goods back. In the end, I just gave up and wasted my hard earned money but hey, look on the bright side, I will NEVER EVER EVER use this company again and I hope no one ever purchases from them - unless you have money to waste

Items received didn’t fit. Wanted to return item for a refund. Going round in circles with the auto chat service. Like other customers wish i had googled the company first. It’s like getting blood out of a stone to get anywhere with them.

Do not buy from this company. First they take more money than was asked for. I requested to cancel the order,no response. Once the material (I wouldn't even call it a bra) arrived I then asked to return the item. They will not give you a refund, offered me £2 and advise I pass the item to someone else i wouldn't passit on to my worst enemy. 1 star is too high

Absolutely useless! Really poorly made flimsy fabric. May aswell not wear a bra! Don't waste your money. Buy a decent one from M&S instead.

Company will not supply their return address for returns. Do not waste your money with these products which are very poor quality.

Like others that have put a review on here I wish I'd of checked first. Quality is very poor, not true to size guide so don't fit and there response is to offer £2 refund and I can keep the items (which are useless and I wouldn't give to anyone else). Wouldn't recommend buying from this company and no evidence of resolving any problems lesson learned and cost me £29 to learn it 🤬
