Scam operation. Closed my account without any explanation. Held all my funds, did not provide any information. Went completely dark.

I have tried over and over to vo contact someone about my debit card being declined. Its been months now with no response. I guess they dont want my.money

My debit card was declined yesterday for a $50 purchase. I was charged anyway. Never had coins deposited in my account. Beware

I signed up for this account a couple of days ago and they decided they wouldn't take my verification and then locked me out of my account there is no way to get a hold of them other than through their app and no email will send to them of course I have money on my account that I can no longer access this is beyond frustrating every email they send you is a no reply so you cannot reply and their site is a joke to try to get customer help

This place is exactly why they're trying to shut sweepstakes down in my state made a deposit one money enough for a withdrawal went to log in and do my withdrawal and they've got some verification code that's required there with my phone number and I enter and nothing happens I don't get a code so there's no way I can get back into my account again and I've tried to tell them that's a hundred times and they keep telling me oh well send us a screenshot of the error there is no error to screenshot it just doesn't do anything so and then they ask me what's the email the same email address I've been emailing you to for the last 20 messages I mean they do everything they can to not pay you so I advise everybody do not deposit a dime here and even if you get a little bit of money and their bonuses or whatever don't even bother because it's just going to be a nightmare these people need to be shut down. And I'm going to add that ever since I went there and made a deposit with my card I have had numerous attempt withdrawals from Target random places that I do not go to on my card I keep that card for specifically Casino purposes and it's locked when I'm not using it but as soon as I had beef with them let me tell you the fake and the fraudulent credit card theft is quite apparent here they are stealing people's money cuz now I've got like four or five target.com a couple other places that are trying to take out 99 cents or a dollar or just you know trying to see if my accounts available for them to wipe out so don't give them your credit card information

This place is a joke! They are owned by golden hearts casino and I guess opened up this place. They send you a ticket number yet never follow up on that ticket. My account was opened unauthorized by myself and they won’t work with me at all. No responses , no online chat. Nothing . Save yourself!!!!!!!

ok these people suck and think they are something. they are something all right they are worthless they act stupid over my middle name somehow going as my last name now that want way more info then they need to veriy me hello stupid my damn goverment id has my name moron. yet i still sent a goverment letter with my name on it thats all they asked for so i sent it. then they wanted passports dont have one im a fellon they wanted utilites nope in my dads name he is dead im not changing it house payments with my name on it nope paid off by my dad then he left me the house again in his name not changing it all you need to verify is a id and a govermnt letter or utility i sent that idiots yet your not capable of doing your job you are in need of a new job no i wont change my reviews i never do these are my experinces and they are 100 % real so no i wont change any of my reviws unless they go from good to bad then ill change one but who got a good review from me not golfen heart games lol pathetic.

Got $300. Referred my boyfriend. Got "temporary suspended" except it's permanent because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LIVE SUPPORT. NO EMAIL RESPONSE, NO FORM RESPONSE. I used the same billing address and my Google auto fill used my debit card for his on accident and I got banned. Absolutely ridiculous. If they could at least fn respond but no they can't they just steal money, fix it or keep this review up.
