Scam operation. Closed my account without any explanation. Held all my funds, did not provide any information. Went completely dark.

This is a fun and dependable platform! I’ve never redeemed for cash so I can’t speak on that but I’ve redeemed many times for gift cards. They have a huge selection of gift cards , there’s seriously something for everyone, and they add a bonus too! The first time I redeemed ,it took about 24 hours but each time after , it’s been about 2 or 3 hours and there’s my gift card! I really enjoy their games and scratchers. Also, they have deposits that start at $5. I have never had a problem with deposits, games or redemptions on this platform and definitely recommend!!

I have tried over and over to vo contact someone about my debit card being declined. Its been months now with no response. I guess they dont want my.money

My debit card was declined yesterday for a $50 purchase. I was charged anyway. Never had coins deposited in my account. Beware

They have all my favorite games. I won $200 and am waiting to see how smooth and quick the redemption will be. Will update to 5 Stars if it happens like they say it will. Fun games....

Went thru $50 betting .60 the whole time, playing the same game and didn't get one bonus! It was the "Fish Tails Double Catch Max Scatter" game. It filled up at the top with the bobbers but never gave. Pretty sad and disappointing that it didn't hit a bonus. Not depositing anymore anytime soon. I know they'll just bring up the RNG or something but that's a lot of spins with no bonuses!

I signed up for this account a couple of days ago and they decided they wouldn't take my verification and then locked me out of my account there is no way to get a hold of them other than through their app and no email will send to them of course I have money on my account that I can no longer access this is beyond frustrating every email they send you is a no reply so you cannot reply and their site is a joke to try to get customer help

This place is exactly why they're trying to shut sweepstakes down in my state made a deposit one money enough for a withdrawal went to log in and do my withdrawal and they've got some verification code that's required there with my phone number and I enter and nothing happens I don't get a code so there's no way I can get back into my account again and I've tried to tell them that's a hundred times and they keep telling me oh well send us a screenshot of the error there is no error to screenshot it just doesn't do anything so and then they ask me what's the email the same email address I've been emailing you to for the last 20 messages I mean they do everything they can to not pay you so I advise everybody do not deposit a dime here and even if you get a little bit of money and their bonuses or whatever don't even bother because it's just going to be a nightmare these people need to be shut down. And I'm going to add that ever since I went there and made a deposit with my card I have had numerous attempt withdrawals from Target random places that I do not go to on my card I keep that card for specifically Casino purposes and it's locked when I'm not using it but as soon as I had beef with them let me tell you the fake and the fraudulent credit card theft is quite apparent here they are stealing people's money cuz now I've got like four or five target.com a couple other places that are trying to take out 99 cents or a dollar or just you know trying to see if my accounts available for them to wipe out so don't give them your credit card information
