I've been trying to withdraw for like four days now. My verification did not pass, and cannot get a hold of customer service at all. It's kind of ridiculous their customer service, and I thought my account was already verified, but now there's another step to it, and my address wouldn't get approved. So now my account's frozen. I need help with them to get it fixed
