DO NOT USE COINFLIP! STAY AWAY. They accepted $300 of my money of USDC, confirmed it was in their wallet and then said they are not able to return it to me. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!

Worst crypto currency platform ever! DO NOT USE!!! Took over 10 minutes just to swap crypto (BTC to LTC) every other platform is instantly! When I tried to withdraw from crypto ATM it didn’t give any info on fees and there was a customer support guiding me on the phone. When I send the funds to the address provided through text from CoinFlip. I received a text saying the order had expired, do not send funds (after I sent it) I rang support again to see where money had gone and they said I didn’t send enough money for fees as well. I withdrew everything, why don't they take the fees from the amount withdrawn???! Had to wait 24hrs for them to send the money back! Absolutely fuming! -100 rating for this service

I bought BTC at atm and now my transaction is still pending after a week .. do I have to verify by signing in on coinflip.com

​Unjust permanent bans on 5-year loyal customers. Total lack of human support. ​I have been a loyal, consistent customer with CoinFlip for over 5 years. Out of nowhere, on my very first transaction of the day, the kiosk hit me with a generic "Violation of Terms of Service" screen and blocked my transaction. I have never violated a single policy. ​When I called customer service, they brick-walled me completely. They stated my account is permanently closed, refused to give a technical reason, and explicitly told me they have no manual review pathway or escalation process to fix automated errors. It turns out their rigid compliance software permanently flagged my 5-year-old profile simply because of a temporary, minor accounting update with my prepaid cell phone carrier, which caused a brief metadata mismatch in their automated identity verification check. ​Their risk-assessment algorithms have massive false-positive glitches. Instead of letting a human look at the facts or checking my clean transaction history, they treat long-term users as completely disposable. If you value reliability and actual customer service, avoid CoinFlip entirely. There are plenty of other kiosks that won't lock you out of your own money due to an unreviewed carrier data mismatch. I had to pay from paypall as verizion wouldnt update card on file. Paypall used my debt card. Im star id verrified.

This guy's are scammers , l just deposited money inside the atm just now and nothing has reflected till now and now of their contacts details are going through , be caful guys

Usher be good. Now I put money 270$ to sent and they said they need beefy my identity for scam case. Like what the hell, the reason why I use this service and pay huge fees so I don’t have to verify. Just scammers who stole money

NEVER USE COINFLIP!!!!! SCAMMERS !!!! I paid for bitcoins via their atm and they never send them and never did refund. They told go to fbi... They litteraly stole my money!!! and not replying anymore.

Tried to sell $2,000 worth of litecoin at one of their machines. It took the crypto then the ATM malfunctioned so coincidentally and never paid me cash. But hey, I got a 95 percent discount as an apology. Hooooray…… still waiting for my refund after they said 1 day wait. Of course not. They shouldn’t be allowed to run this business. Ridiculous. Scam.
