Professional agents. Fast turn around time on proofs. Very helpful

Communication and feedback were excellent and much faster than expected. I was dealing with two different manufacturers and Coin Depot was very responsive and assertive. The other manufacturer was unwilling to entertain two different coins until a first purchase was made due to it being their "busy season". I recommend Coin Depot to anyone seeking challenge coins or any other product offered. Present, Fast, Accurate, and Accommodating.

Professional and quick to respond. Everything was up front and easy to manage.

It was great working with you company. I am shor I will be ordering again

Design was good along with pricing.

Phenomenal company to include customer service, art department, and pricing. I told a colleague today, “if you hear of someone else using a different company- tell them they are an idiot… then have them call me so I can tell em about coin depot”

I was very pleased with how fast and easy it was to make changes to the design, ask questions. The whole team was easy to work with.

Really easy process to use and the proof is very helpful to select the correct design to fit our needs.
