Customer service was very quick and helpful.

Easy company to work with. Really great with design changes. I hope the product comes out as good as it looks on the mock up!

Friendly, patient, fast and so very adaptable. Can't say enough. We are a large organization, and changes took place with the design, and they just rolled with it.

Ordering the design was easy and the quote came very promptly.

We had a VERY tight deadline; so tight most companies probably would have just flat out told us "No." After we got our first proof a real person immediately followed up with a call, which I missed, so they follwed the call up with a text message to offer help if needed. The representative we worked with went far above and beyond to help us meet our deadline, ever making the custom the design for the coin from just a description.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Kenny when I was working on a challenge coin design and order. I made a few changes and they were made immediately and the way I wanted them to be. I will be anxiously awaiting my order of 300 coins.

So easy to get exactly what I wanted really fast getting me a proof. Great company.

The staff was quick to reply and take of my order. Thank you Coin Depot.
