CoinbitsReviews of coinbits.app

Wonderful customer service experience with Paula! Prompt, courteous, and friendly. My issue was resolved.

Great bitcoin only company that encourages self-custody. Set DCA and forget it and/or do smash buys. I had a technical problem recently and their team quickly worked to resolve it. I definitely recommend them.

I had a problem with a wire not clearing. It’s not very often when you can get good customer service online. But unfortunately no phone number provided but that’s ok because I got a quick response within 24-48 hours. Not to bad at all considering what they have to deal with. But the agent Dave who has been helping me has been great and very professional. Thank you for all of your help….

Quick customer support
