Cogo Capital — The Private Money CompanyReviews of cogocapital.com

Another great experience with COGO Capital! My loan team Robert, Kim, and David were tremendous with helping get my deal closed. The team at COGO was there to answer all of my questions every step of the way and made sure that I was set up for success. I can’t thank them enough for their continued support

My experience with Cogo is great. Cogo is constantly educating me on how to improve my knowledge and skills to ensure that I am successful and profitable. My experience on my current deal iwas a challenge, but Cogo was patient and help me figure out a solution and get to the finish line. Kyra and Ernest are constantly reaching out and assisting me in getting my docs in order. They make the process enjoyable knowing that someone wants to see me succeed. Thank you Cogo.

Awesome to work with!!! I have been working with loan analysist Christopher Mason with Cogo as both a broker and as a borrower. I have found him to exceptionally responsive - he answers my calls, he finds me the answers, etc. And in all cases he is straightforward in all he says. Cogo is lucky to have him.

We purchased March 1st, 2024 at $775k, plus rehab loan of $66k and closed escrow October 3rd for $1,195,000. Not bad for first flip! Thanks to everything I learned in Lee Arnold’s inner circle and Broker class . Also to the amazing support of Cogo’s team Bill and Earnest and Lakecity Servicing’s Andrea and Jennifer. We also had worked with Ginger Vick in the beginning until we found and locked in this property! I wish her luck on the ministry side. Yes, we are looking for our next project and putting out offers! All I can say to the new investors, is take a shot, do your numbers and make that offer, because Cogo has your back!! Thankyou for your help Gary as well! You and the entire Lee Arnold team are awesome! God bless . 🙏

Kyra and Ernest were patient in getting this difficult loan to the finish line.

I had a wonderful experience with Kyra & Ernst from COGO Capital. Very professional and they were extremely capable of getting my loan done in a timely manner. I look forward to working with them again.. I can’t wait to do my next 10 deals with them! The whole process was swift and easy!! HWS

I have worked with COGO Capital for about two years now. My overall experience with them has been excellent. I am very satisfied with everything they have helped me accomplish. I have had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Rowe and Robert Homewood. They always go above and beyond working hard and diligently to make sure the process is smooth and rapid. Which is very important when working with rehab loans.

Working with Cogo, especially with Kyra and Ernest has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. We have done multiple loans working with them and I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced the level of customer service they provide to clients.
