Cogo Capital, our game changer!
Cogo Capital has been a pivotal part of the growth of our business, Concept 1 Properties, LLC. We have far exceeded our expected growth plan in just this past year alone and are looking forward to achieving the same success as we strategically move through this and the upcoming years. My wife, Chandra, and I couldn't be more pleased with the advice and help that has been provided to us from the Cogo Capital team members. We made a vow in the start to treat our partnership as a family and have done just that. We look forward to our business future as this year we plan to enter the brokering training program as well as taking the licensed realtor exam. On top of that, we will continue to provide quality homes to the wonderful families in our community. My only suggestion on improvements would be to allow some percentage of the rehab budget to be released at the closing for your more experienced rehabbers. This would allow great flexibility for those who have multiple deals working simultaneously. It aids in keeping the process moving quickly and smoothly which results in growth for everyone.
