Abie did an great job analyzing loans
Abie did an great job analyzing loans! I could call or email her anytime, and she was always right on top of whatever needed to happen next. If additional details or documents were required, she promptly sent me a clear email outlining exactly what was needed. On top of her professionalism and efficiency, we’ve developed a great rapport and enjoy staying in touch as we both progress in life.

Great service with my Loan Analyst

My first Fix & Flip transaction
My first Fix & Flip transaction. 100% Financing! I was not only the buyer in a joint venture with a partner, but I also acted as the Private Money Broker on the loan. The experience was great. Kyra was there from start until finish to answer all questions. Ashlee was spot on as the processor. It went through Underwriting very smoothly. Closed in 2 weeks. Overall great experience!
