Way to go Mike Evans first 30 year loan!!! You got us started and helped us finish with being the recipient of the very first 30 Year Loan with COGO! Jaclyn Olsen was burning some midnight oil to help us too. We are greatly honored! And there's a back story. The property that secures that loan, is the very first house - a HUD repo fixer upper - I bought as a joint venture in 2003 with what I learned from Lee's "Fortune in Foreclosure" material. I made my JV partner a $Million Buck$. Now...rinse and repeat!!!

I attended a seminar recently for COGO Capital and was very impressed. They offer 100% asset based financing for fix and flips regardless of credit. Also, tuition reimbursement for many of the education programs they have available. Outstanding!
