I wanted a form to add to my website to replace a home visit and fact find for a Clients Will and Estate planning. Starting with a simple name address capture and now have moved on to questions that use many features of the free package that I have. I did move up to the next level as I wanted clients to be able to save and return as well. A few teething problems down to me learning about formulas and conditional questions, but all sorted now. I highly recommend starting with the free version and see if that will do. My only gripe is it is a bit "stale" to look at especially if you want the fonts/colours to match the site. It does go a long way towards it, but it definitely looks like an outside add on. The capture and notification of data received is also really good. The only other reason I moved to a higher package is the cross-referring of data from one form to another to save clients reentering things twice,but I have yet to play with that.

My first forms went smoothly, I love that the free version of it allows users to have vast options, it definitely helps those who are underprivileged and don't have enough money. It is easy to navigate and very organized. However, for my second form, I came across a bug (i think) because some of the automated confirmation emails weren't sent to those who filled out the form, I checked the settings and it is the right one, I don't know what happened to my second form. All in all I still would give 5 stars because it really is useful for me. I hope that these free features would stay for the long run.

After my boss utilized Cognito Forms for a registration form he tasked me with creating a registration form for another event we were holding. In just a short time I was able to create and publish a high quality professional form using the product. Super easy to use and looks great. We will definitely use Cognito Forms in the future! Nice Experience

Its an OK app to create form. If you know the exact template that will match your need - it is perfect. However, if you choose a template and then need to make changes to fields like total price it is not flexible enough. For example, I wanted to include a different type of field as a line item in the total, and that it will be multiply by the quantity field - but it was not possible. Also, there is no way to add conditions to the "submit" value.

Great software for building forms with more complex logic capabilities. I had tried using other form software (with much frustration), whereas Cognito immediately stands out as a better product. Specifically, Cognito makes it possible to dynamically display information via Lookups in ways I was previously having trouble achieving with no code. Great support too!
