Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

I have found the features of JotForm much more user friendly and easier to implement. In my experience, and even after contacting Cognito, it appears there is no undo feature if anything is mistakenly deleted before saving, nor is there a way to add a section or page break between sections already created. I was forced to recreate the entire form to add a section/page break.

Super simple to use, the basic program is pretty complete

I want to give Cognito more stars & would be more than happy to speak to someone as to why. First time user- can see how it can be a super helpful tool when linked to payment. I was thankful beyond measure for the youtube tutorials. The cognito product is not intuitive or first-time user-friendly ( imo). Initially because of the challenges/ difficulty in figuring out cognito; I wanted to and almost ended up using google forms! As well when exporting the info: i had columns of info I did not need . And had no idea how to obtain the info I did need. Frustration aside- cognito has a lot of potential. I just wished I could have tap ped into it.

There are any number of form-making tools/software out in the ether. I have used several and found that Cognito Forms has features most of the others do not and is adaptable to just about anything you might think of. I collaborated on a nurses union website to create a form for both officers and contract voting purposes via the site. The access had to be protected with a username and password which was accomplished through the sites software program, but the form had to allow only one vote entry and then block further attempts to skew the votes total count. Cognito allowed me to do this and that made the owner of the site and chief negotiator very happy!

Dear Jennifer, As I am completing the Cognito forms, I am not sure if I am sending this to the job seekers or are we completing in person at deskside. I put my personal email to see if it send an incomplete forms to me, but I didn't see it. Overall, the format and interactive of the forms are very clear and useful. BTW, I am not sure how to print the forms afterward for hard copy recordkeeping. I also found the videos are very informative. I am looking forward to seeing the demonstration of the process. Thank you so much. Susan Truong

Very user friendly and easy to use. Lots of great features to play around with to make more accommodating. I love not having to wait on paper copies anymore!

My nonprofit just discovered and fell in love with Cognito Forms. We are planning a larger international conference in Kenya, and we were looking for a cost effective way to manage registrations with conditional response options, manage payments in multiple currencies, and be user friendly for my staff. We found our answer with Cognito Forms, along with a responsive help team. Thank you!

Very satisfied so far. The pricing form is great and very affordable. Other form systems are so much more expensive. Google forms are free but very limited. This hits the nail on the head. Very pleased.
