Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

The forms are super helpful. The only thing I can think of that would be helpful is if you organize your columns a way you prefer to see that it saves and you do not have to re-filter it every time.

Its such a great experience using cognitoforms.

Hi Jennifer, While not a big user of the Online Form, I have to say how simple it is to create a good looking form. Very easy to modify and the export option to receive an Excel file makes it easy to keep track of respondents to the form. Thank you Cognito Forms for providing this option for an online form (RSVP). Regards Alan Carter

I was able to create the form the way I wanted it to work. The only issues I was really finding hard to work with is the Workflow. I would love to see the workflow work like typeforms where you can drag and drop the worflow and add the necessary actions. Would like to see more automated actions in the library.

All the instruction in user guide is very clear.

The forms are easy to setup and tech support has been responsive.

Creating the form was well designed but being able to get the inputs back in a useable format is a nightmare and even worse…an unanticipated nightmare.

Cognito is GREAT! I did solve the problem at hand, but there are a few things that need work. #1 Invitation to work in the team, cannot be customized. #2 If I need to know who filled out the form, the application has not a built in function to extract that, not even with Zappier, so you have to create a field for it to be filled. The res is excellent.
