Omg seriously awful quality. Stated Australian dollars and charged American. Nothing like the imagine. Do not buy from this company. No return address although it has a return policy.

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE!! I order two knitted jumpers…one arrived with a split seam and the other with a hole in the front. Total cost was US$95. When I asked to return the goods I was offered US$35 as compensation and told I could keep the damaged goods. I refused as I didn’t want jumpers with holes in them. They then offered US$48 and suggested I take them to a tailor to get them fixed! I continued over weeks to demand a full refund and was offered US$54, and then $70, then $72. It was not until PayPal stepped in that they agreed to a full refund. I had to return the goods and even though their website states free returns on faulty products within 30 days, they refused to cover the cost, stating that they only covered return shipping if there was a ‘quality issue’ and they refused to accept that holes in their garments was a quality issue. No idea what would constitute a quality issue then! PayPal very kindly offered to cover the return shipping. These people are completely dodgy and the quality of their product is terrible. Save yourself the money and time - would never use again.

I love the clothes that I bought. They look just like the photos. I will be buying through this site again, the clothes are fun and colourful!

Very prompt delivery; an optional section in ordering items to explain where best to leave the delivery when no one home would be helpful for purposes of security rather than being left out in the open where it is vulnerable to theft.

After initially being concerned about this website, I recieved my goods, and was very happy with the quality. delivery is very very slow. but the 2 purchases I made were of wonderful quality and I would purchase again with the knowledge that delivery may take time.

Very happy with my purchase, the jumpers are lovely, good quality and fit beautifully and delivery met my expectations.
