Got some cheap clothes from China via Cofyl, and honestly, they're not the greatest quality – plus, they're way smaller than advertised. No big deal, I thought, because before buying, I checked with their team and they said I could return them if they didn't fit. Well, now that I actually want to return them, the Cofyl team is giving me the run-around and saying I can't. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

The products are as described. Easy to order but longer to arrive the some other companies. Fit of garments was true to size.

What a rip off. Received a dress, contacted them to exchange for different size. Advised this was an end of line item and could not be exchanged. Asked for a refund and was told they would pay me $9 and I could keep dress. I said no I wanted full refund and was then offered $18 and to keep the dress. I still said no and was told very abruptly that if I still wanted to return dress all costs would be on me. Didn’t even have an address to send it back to. Terrible company to deal with so never again.

Reside in Australia. Purchased a sweater for my wife's birthday - one she had liked for years. Quality is terrible, made in China and nothing like the on-line photos. Will try and return as my wife will never wear this horrible product. I will try and return but based on other reviews I don't like my chances. Do not use this company.

Product is as described. It's very soft. Delivery does take a while though so don't expect it in a hurry.

I ordered 2 dresses that looked beautiful in the website picture and with great appreciations and a big discount. I thought it was a British company. What a great disappointment, they are products made in China of very poor quality, they look like dress linings. Impossible to return as they come from an extra-community zone. I got a compensation of a little more than half of what I paid and they told me to donate the dresses! That is, they worth less than half the price they advertise with a gross "hot sale" discount. Misleading advertising, beware!

Delivery time is a little long but the jumpers look exactly like the pictures... fit is to the smaller side, if between sizes I'd go up a size... cut is good overall happy with my purchase
