Their rewards program is lackluster and the service is mediocre at best. Only go to a couple locations when they don't have a drive thru line wrapping around the building (one in Long Beach off Los Coyotes and the other off the 405). I don't even bother with the location on Atlantic and Carson because the parking lot is usually full and it's a pain to get in. Since I go inside to place my order, it appears that drive thru order take priority so a five to ten minute wait is common. Product itself is OK but there are plenty of places I can go where it's much more convenient rather than having to fight parking or a drive thru....Starbuck's, Steelcraft and Steelhead are a few that come to mind (and a few others I can't recall but they're indie shops).

The employees were to busy talking to each other to get my order right. I was the only one there so it wasn't crowded. I ordered chai tea it tasted like sweet milk. I was in too bug of a hurry or I would have went back. It is a store inside of Kaiser

I'm a Coffee Bean loyal customer in the Middle East now for so many years, when they've changed the owner the menu became more poor,very limited items,plus there's NOT any vegan food items too! Never ever they're giving any complimentary to loyal customers,not even on International Coffee Day on the 1st of October.They're not having any point system cards as well anymore,as mentioned,since another owner(local owner unfortunately) took over,everything became more poor,crappy.The owner obviously doesn't have any knowledge about people's food allergies/intolerances for not having any vegan food items.

Have many time drink Chai tea latte at Bangkok specially siam i spend near 10.000 bath a year before i come every day when i visit bangkok near 60 day a year But after april i not go longer i find another brand, because branch Siam center force me to try another brand and this i like better. The Coffee bean at Siam center close for normal customer because the better want a event from a big company, and left the regular customer without service, these customer must go to other places. Another branch chit lom central have sold out of Chai tea latte, what okay i give up,. after this bad. hope you do better other place in the world.
