Would give ZERO stars if possible! Buyer beware - this company DOES NOT accept valid gift cards on their website to shop the online store despite having the a field to enter a gift card number. I have been arguing with customer service asking how I can redeem my gift card for I live in a state where there are no physical locations. All I get is what is supposed to be an empathetic email saying they understand my situation (all I want is a tin of Chai and a tin of Chocolate powder shipped to my house) and suggest I use an alternative method of payment such as my credit card since gift cards are no longer accepted on their website (hmmm... NO!!). How STUPID is this? But they encourage me to install their USELESS app for drinks only and it directs me to the same online store that will not accept gift cards for payments! This company is run by IDIOTS! Do not waste your money or time on this unprofessional pathetic excuse of a business! LESS THAN ZERO RATING!!

They say online they "Offer" a single origin, Ethiopia Yergacheffe. They even show a picture of a bag labeled Ethiopia. However, the bag lacks any sourcing information, and does not say that Ethiopia is where the coffee beans originated from. They are trying to make you believe that you are getting Yergacheffe for 13.99 a bag. Yet when I attempted to contact them, there is no phone # available, and when I finally received an answer via e mail, it was very vague and dishonest. They do the same thing with Kenya coffee too, making people believe its Kenya AA on the website, but what is in the bag? The names Ethiopia and Kenya are simply titles or names of the coffee, and they do all they can to cover up the actual source of the beans. I want to know what i'm putting inside of me, and where it came from. This company is dishonest!!!!!

Ordered online, received a cancellation notice without explanation. The notice said to reply to e-mail with questions. Did so, it bounced back saying the box does not accept e-mails. Notice also said to contact them with at their e-mail address as an alternative. That also bounced back saying it doesn't accept e-mail. Then tried to contact them on their website. Also refused. Finally tried to messenger them on Facebook. Waited one day, no response. Tried again, waited one day, again no response.

Last two times that I have gone to the one here in Peoria, Arizona all I have gotten is ice in my drink. I’m done. I’m not coming here anymore. I’ll go to Starbucks where I actually get some iced tea not just all ice!

I came in before 4 PM, probably like +20 mins early to order my drink, they had a promo buy ONE, get the other one for $1. Basically, a BOGO deal of the day. I didn’t really want coffee in my drank but that’s what they made me… UNFORTUNATELY…. They have MESSED UP MY DRANK ORDER TWICE ALREADY AT THIS SPECIFICALLY LOCATION!!!!! IT IS QUITE ANNOYING ASF. FML :/

I was wronged. Staff member was incredibly sick, constantly sneezing, and then using the same hands to make drinks after blowing nose. I was told I'd receive credit for the tossed drinks, then ghosted by corporate. I was very polite & waited months but nothing happened. This is theft in my eyes.

This company sells fake gift cards through ZIFT, and then won't honor them on their website. They tell you you have to use their app which is only good for local purchases and is broken anyways. After days and many exchange emails you'll get no help at all from them, they're just scammers, and if you sign up with them be prepared to start getting spammed and non-stop at your email address. This is a horrible outfit stay as far away as you can.

If you have an issue with the site or a subscription it's a chore to get a resolution. They sent me a discount code that does not work. Four days of back and forth with no resolution. They ask me the same questions that I've already given them the answers to. I work on the backend of a Shopify site. I know how easy it would be to just create a new code for me. I'm also trying to cancel a subscription. When you sign up, they suggest that you just click cancel. Not true. You email them. I've resent the email several times over the past week with no response.
