Derrick from Code Alarm Remotes was outstanding in helping me with programming my remote. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very easy to understand. Thank you Derrick and Code Alarm remote for bringing new life to a 30 year old Code Alarm system. :) William Gleason

The ordering was simple. I live across the country and still got it in under a week. The instructions are so detailed and in layman's terms that my girlfriend said she could install it. It took me less than 2 hours and my truck was remotely starting. It started making a over start noise so I called support and talk to a man named Derick. I was never put on hold and it felt like I was talking to a friend. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to install their own alarm system.

Excellent service, very helpful with questions before purchase. I installed my remote start on 9/3/17 which was Sunday on Labor Day weekend. I had a question about the wiring for my 04 F350 diesel and I called for help and Derek answered. Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be getting a remote start system for my wife's SUV hopefully soon from your company. I will highly recommend anyone I know that is in the market for a remote start system to your company. Thanks again Randy

Derek is amazing. I spent 10 hours of my time on the phone with Vox Industries customer service nothing helped in less than five minutes on the phone with Derek my truck was up and running again. True professional

To me from the time I had placed my order on August 04, 2017., it was a very smooth transaction. I was very impressed by talking to Derek, he was very courteous, explained about the product I needed, he answered all my question in a very professional way. He processed my order and it was shipped the same day. I received my car remote today 08/07/2017, for my Chapman Alarm system on my 1994 Honda Accord EX. Instruction to program the remote were very easy to follow. It took me less than a minute to program it. I am now using my new clicker. Thank you guys you are all amazing. I am one of your very happy customer. I have already recommended my car mechanic who needed couple of remotes, I have provided him with your web link..
