I ordered a supplement on line

I ordered a supplement on line. did all the normal things and gave them my credit card. then I get an email telling me that they need a picture of my credit card (showing only the last 4 numbers) AND a copy of a "Government ID". I said no. Replay was this this is normal. I told them that they can trust who I am, fill my order as I am not giving them any more personal information.. (especially pictures of I.D.!). I just got an email that they cancelled my order and refunded my money. THIS IS WEIRD!!! Just an FYI.

I give this company a HIGH 5 for their excellent service. I placed an order 12/18/2025. 10 days later Codeage sent me an email, asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. The shipment had not moved since my order was picked up. They actually had been reviewing their customers shipments. I asked for a refund. They refunded my purchase price. I tried to find another place that had the same product and, guess what...there is NONE. So I reordered the same product and Codeage sent my new order through a different shipping company. It arrived in a short period of time. I am very please with their product and plan on continuing ordering from them in the future!!!

This is a great place to buy health products. App is so easy to use, packaging is great and product gets to you quickly. I have subscription with them, always tell you ahead of time, you can change delivery date and again fast service.
