I was really happy with the bridesmaid dress I ordered for my daughter, and I think she was even more happy!:) The dress was made by custom measurements and fit perfectly. After a few weeks, I started getting a bit worried about the delivery, as my wedding date was approaching. I sent an email to cocosbride. They responded surprisingly quick and made sure my shipment was prioritized. 11 days later I received the dress (I live overseas). Super happy with how everything worked out!

My dress is absolutely beautiful. It came out even better than I expected! The customer service was very easy to reach and gave quick email responses. They were very eager to assist me with any questions and/or concerns. Even after I received the dress, they were still easy to reach and very helpful! The garment arrived in good time and fitted me perfectly. I had it tailored to my measurements and was glad that l took the time to measure myself properly. I was therefore, not disappointed with the fit. I took account that l would not be wearing 2” heels and subtracted 1” off my height to obtain the required length. The workmanship and detail was excellent, right down to the French seams in the pants. The fabric used is of a very high quality and ironed nicely to remove a few travelling creases. Thank you to the tailors and seamstresses of this company for making me a garment that l am very pleased with. I will certainly advertise this company to my friends.

I waited impatiently for the dress I had ordered from Bridelily. My expectations came true. I was delighted with the dress not only me but also the housemates and my friends. No one believes I ordered it from an online retailer. Plus the Bridelily customer service was so great !!

I purchased a flower girl dress from cocosbride. The dress was very cute, however, due to COVID-19, I had to postpone my wedding. My flower girl would no longer fit into her original dress (that was purchased roughly 1 year ago). cocosbride gave me many different options to return the dress or receive store credit. They allowed me to return the dress without any issues. I am excited to purchase a new flower girl dress from this site!
