Bad customer service
Quick delivery but the customer service was really bad. the replies to my questions were very rude and unfriendly. Also, the dress I ordered wasn't as advertised and there is no return or partial refund possible.

Terrible, please dont buy from here
Honestly most of these reviews are fake. The quality is what you would expect for such a cheep dress. The photos they use are ripped off legitimate websites that have the original dresses, and the ones they seen you are cheap knock offs. Which is understandable the dresses are so cheap. I got sent a COMPETELY different color to the one i ordered? I ordered champagne and got just plain white haha. I have requested a refund but they just ghosted me . Currently going through paypal to get it refunded. Their 'personal altering' service is useless and doesnt fit to your size at all. Honestly i gave it a go because i thought maybe just maybe i could get lucky, but it was exactly as expected.. a terrible experince.

Stealing photos
It has been brought to my attention that Coco's Bride has been stealing photos of my wedding dresses to promote as their own product. They have also watermarked these photos. I have been informed on multiple occasions by different customers and I would like for people to do your research before ordering from this website. Other businesses have worked hard to build their shop and Coco's Bride has been doing nothing but copying and pasting photos from other websites to build their own.

Absolute rubbish company
Absolute rubbish company. Refused to take my fiancé’s concerns seriously when there were at least 5 stains on a white dress when purchased. A few of them looking like blood stains. It was a $300 dress that looked completely different from the photos on the website. They just ignore you, know they’re doing the wrong thing and hope you’ll shut up about it. Don’t go near them.
