I love the quality of the swimwear, however their sizes are inconsistent... I bought a D a few years back, but due to nursing now, I needed a larger size. I ordered an E, which when i received was smaller than the D. I called customer service and was told that different cups meant different sizes. In the same company, the sizes should be consistent! Or else, what's the point.. I paid extra for shipping, so now I'm out that and no swimwear. Disappointed.

I had prompt service & was able to find a particular bathing suit bottom I was looking for

I placed an order over the internet more than a week ago. My credit card was charged immediately. However, a few days later I received an email saying that the bathing suit bottom that I ordered was out of stock and I needed to select an alternative. I did so. A few more days have gone by and I just received another email saying that the second bottom that I chose is also out of stock and that I need to choose another. I emailed back that they should suggest a bottom that they do have in stock that matches with the top that I ordered. I expect a few more days will go by until I receive the next email that says they have no bottoms in stock that match the top. At that point, I will cancel my order, get a refund and look elsewhere. Pretty sad experience!!!!

It's not easy to find bathing suits in my size - 34F. So I was really excited when I found the one I was looking for online after seeing it in another store in another size. Ordered it and couldn't wait to get it. Several days later I received an email saying my top was not in stock. After deciphering what the email said because it didn't make sense, they offered alternatives but nothing came close to the style I wanted. Very disappointing!
