I wish I could give zero star. Had to take it to Paypal and place the order on another site in a rush for my wife to get it in time. Too bad.

I just went to put on my tankini that I bought in Macy's in Waikiki last November( I live in Australia ) Devastated the metal clips just disintegrated in my hands and yes I washed in cold water etc Absolutely disgusted that after just a few times in salt water this happened What a total waste of money Will not recommend this company's swimwear

I did not like the way the suit fit. I sent it back on 09/13/16 and it was received by the company in Dallas, Texas on 09/15/16 and my account has not received a credit. Todays date is 09/23/16. I called and obviously they have no record of it. I have a tracking receipt.

I don't normally do reviews but want Coco Reef to know I won't be back! On 2 separate occasions I ordered suits and both times one of my items were not fulfilled because they were out of inventory. Very disappointing because had I known the items weren't available at the time of ordering I would have picked something else.

NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET MY SUIT ON TIME, BUT PAID MORE FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. IF THAT WEREN'T ENOUGH, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM COULD NOT EVEN RETURN A CALL. BUT i GUESS YOU CAN'T GET ALL YOUR CALLS DONE WHEN YOU ONLY WORK 4 HOURS ON FRIDAYS!!!!!!! 1 STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH FOR THEM.

I ordered a bathing suit a week ago and haven't received it yet or an email saying it was shipped.

I purchased a $99.00 swimsuit which was too big so I immediately returned it using UPS ($9.31). My refund was only $78.40...a $20.60 difference. Bottom line...it cost me almost $30.00 to try on a bathing suit that did not fit! Lesson learned...I'll never shop CoCoReef again.

When I placed my order, it said my size was in and I ordered 4 tips because they were on sale. I received 1 for sale price and got credited for the other 3. I was not happy, they should have emailed me sooner when the sale was still going so I could have chose a different size. I love their swimsuits and always buy them, they are just costly. They need to uplate their cancellation system when having sales.
