My experience was very good. Great is an over used adjective and is on a par with "extra- ordinary"! Shipping costs could be lower, but with the present " world situation", I understand high shipping costs! Why would I say that? You too may have been played by the email notification that the new Cobb USA store is live in Florida now. Free Shipping and free pizza stone. When I entered my order and noticed I was being charged for both I went ahead with order thinking surely someone will correct the error. WRONG! I can't even get any response from COBB! What's up with this outfit? Am I alone here?

Once your warehouse move was complete, response was quick when you were back open for business.

I receive a display (what it looks like not new) O-Ring. Same thing happen when O ordered the Cobb.

had an older Cobb grill for years & forgot about it until I saw an advertisement. I bought a few items to upgrade my old one; I am happy with the quality & the “pucks”, it’s certainly handy to have for needed cooking in power outages or a quick meal.
