Someone is asleep at the wheel!
Why would I say that? You too may have been played by the email notification that the new Cobb USA store is live in Florida now. Free Shipping and free pizza stone. When I entered my order and noticed I was being charged for both I went ahead with order thinking surely someone will correct the error. WRONG! I can't even get any response from COBB! What's up with this outfit? Am I alone here?

I receive a display (what it looks like…
I receive a display (what it looks like not new) O-Ring. Same thing happen when O ordered the Cobb.

First of all you sent me the wrong item them you sent me a 10% off coupon you would recognize and I tried to contact you and you asked me my contact information and left and didn't get back to me I have owned a Cobb grill for almost 20 years great grill bad service

Would not allow return
Would not allow return. Add’s are misleading. Better options are out there
