I arrived for my 8am appointment only to be told it had been canceled the day before. This is untrue. I actually got a confirmation the afternoon before my appointment. The first time I scheduled an appointment and rearranged my work schedule, I got a call a few hours later saying that appointment I had been given wasn’t available. I should have taken that as a sign then—I should have gone to a different place. I have meetings and appointments all day long and don’t have the time to cancel/reschedule everyone. This place needs to get their act together. Note: my experience with the actual dentist were pleasant.

Went to coast dental in sebring for new dentures, that experience was fine. 14 month later dentures cracked down the center. Now local office is closed and we have to drive over an hour away to the nearest office for repair. Out of Pocket $250 to repair, 5 hours on the road and 2 month later broke again. Now Coast acknowledged the dentures where poorly made but since it was past the 12 month mark they are off the hook to replace the dentures. So what to do as a 70 year old senior citizen on a tight fixed income? This is wrong. They admit to providing less than standard product and they took advantage of me. Now I cannot afford new dentures. I always read reviews in my search for new doctors or products and over look the negative for the positive reviews. Not any more, negative reviews hold more truths Beware of Coast dental.

I have good dental insurance, Metlife Federal Dental. This company is part of a chain and overcharges out of pocket costs despite accepting your insurance. My specific experience from Sept 11, 2026: Many additional procedures recommended and upcharges. I came in for a simple 6 month cleaning, they tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning and it would run $470 + with X-ray. In all the years I've seen my previous dentist, I've never needed a deep cleaning and was never charged more than $50 (minus insurance) for a periodic cleaning and X-ray. Rip-off is what this place is. I said no and they said they would lower the price by $100. I decided not to proceed with any services, but was still overcharged for the panoramic X-ray.

After I waited 45 minutes they told me they don't take my insurance but they took it 2 months ago

Wasn't able to attend my appointment left for work 1 hour early lost 1 hour of pay I got to the office doors locked no one available phone line said high call volume with no one at the front desk 😔 a waste of my time and money I need to request 1 hour worth of pay that was lost for nothing

My experience with Coast Dental was disappointing. While there are hardworking employees throughout the organization, my interactions with corporate leadership left me feeling unsupported and undervalued. Throughout my employment, I found communication with Natasha Vigo, Lisa Pavoni, Patricia the hygiene director, and Derek Diasti to be discouraging rather than collaborative. Instead of feeling coached and developed, I often felt that concerns were dismissed and opportunities for meaningful support were limited. I also found the onboarding and training process to be significantly different from what was described during the hiring process. Employees are expected to learn complex systems quickly, but the level of hands-on training and ongoing support did not match my expectations. One bright spot was my District Manager, who consistently did everything within her ability to help and advocate for me. Unfortunately, many of the challenges I experienced were beyond her control. I believe every employee deserves a workplace where they receive adequate training, respectful communication, transparency, and leadership that fosters growth rather than fear. Based on my personal experience, I did not find that to be the culture I encountered. I encourage prospective employees to ask detailed questions about onboarding, training, leadership support, work-life balance, and how employee concerns are handled before accepting a position. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to help others make an informed decision.

Poor service.Take a big amount from you, before insurance clears. And when we call after insurance cleared, the answer is 8 weeks to refund you. When it is time for refund, we have to set reminders. I could not believe how such organizations exist. How there is no change even after I see multiple billing issues in the website. I hope there will be a change in future.

My wife had her lower teeth removed 6 weeks ago and and has nothing but problems since and was unable keep dentures given to her in her mouth, she miss placed denture they gave her 6 weeks ago and went back to office to get replaced bottom plate, she was told by front desk on 06/29/26 they didn't have records to get new bottom plate from 6 weeks ago and would need a new appt to get new bottom teeth! Beware of these people! This is not the way it's supposed to work!!!!d!!!
