I accidentally subscribed through Apple Pay but after contacting the customer support team they cancelled my subscription immediately and they sorted everything out. Excellent customer support team.

Scammers only believe the scam reviews. Took money without authorisation. I’ve cancelled my card with my bank so hopefully they only take the 1p.

Unfortunately I subscribed by error to this website, and only realised once the month’s subscription had been taken off, as I did not receive the initial email telling me I had subscribed. Once I was aware I telephoned customer services and they cancelled the subscription and forwarded on my request for a refund, due to my error. I am still waiting to be refunded but have received an email to say that I will be which I hope will be the case. I cannot comment on the actual website but I can say that Customer Services have responded to my concerns with a quick and positive manner, which is very important when dealing with their customers. Please be careful what you click on, as it can be an expensive mistake.

Scam!! Beware. Watching Brentford v Aston villa on a live game stream as the match was not televised. When the stream was interrupted by a prompt to pay £0.01 to continue via Apple wallet. I proceeded thinking I would gain uninterrupted streaming but not the case, only a page that said I had subscribed to coach to fit.. Later I received an email to say that I would have £29 taken from my account. Anyway, realised that this was a scam, searched trustpilot and had my suspicions confirmed. Phoned my bank, explained my predicament and they put a block on my transaction and cancelled my card, as they were aware of the scam. Hopefully this will sort it.

I inadvertently subscribed to their services and when I complained about their mode of operation thigh pop up banners they immediately refunded the subscription they had taken. Great service at the end of the day but be beware about not pressing the wrong button when trying to get out of their website. It caused me three days of inconvenience as my bank cancelled my debit card to prevent any more money being taken.

I has an issue with inadvertently subscribing for the services and funds were debited from my account. I wrote to the company and received a response within a few hours confirming that they would credit my account with the funds and would ensure that the subscription was cancelled. I have got to give credit for excellent customer service so well done, very professional.

This appears to be a scam company. They appear to have found a way to get at your Apple Wallet and create unauthorised payments - first 0.01 then £29.90 per month. I hadto cancel my card to stop it. Beware!
