Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and are dedicated to maintaining transparency and trust. I’d like to assure you that our office addresses are not only registered but also verified by Google and other reputable sources. This verification substantiates the presence and legitimacy of our physical locations. We maintain certain security measures, which are why details about our locations might not always be publicly elaborated. Regarding the recovery of funds, success rates can vary due to the complexities inherent in each case. While we strive to achieve positive outcomes, the specific details of recoveries are bound by confidentiality and privacy considerations. However, after reviewing our past feedback, we found numerous reviews from clients confirming that we did assist them with their recovery. These reviews have been posted on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Sitejabber, which are independent online review sites. Additionally, Benzinga posted an article about one of our cases where we assisted in a 7-figure recovery. It's important to remember that every case is unique, and outcomes can vary based on individual circumstances. If you have further questions or need more detailed information, please contact us directly through our official communication channels. We are here to assist you with clear and accurate information.

Dear Joe, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with CNC Intelligence. We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the challenges you've faced in recovering your stolen crypto funds. While we successfully completed the tracing service you hired us for, we acknowledge that the journey doesn't end there for you. It's important to clarify that our primary role is to provide comprehensive tracing services, which we did successfully in your case. We strive to make it clear that our reports can serve as vital tools for law enforcement and law firms to assist in the recovery of funds and prosecution of crimes. To this end, we even reached out to you to offer further advice and support, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. We're genuinely sorry to hear that local law enforcement and federal agencies have not taken the action you were hoping for with the information provided. This situation is understandably disheartening, and we want to assure you that we share your goal of achieving justice and recovering lost funds. If you're still interested in pursuing this matter further, we're more than willing to recommend law firms that specialize in this area. Our team is available to support you through phone, email, or chat 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance or with any questions you may have. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually seek to improve our services and support for our clients. Dear Mariacristina, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. From the outset of our engagement, we aimed to be transparent about the scope of our services and the challenges inherent in investigations of this nature. Our primary objective was to identify the parties involved in your case, which we achieved by locating a suspect responsible for a portion of the stolen funds. This step, while significant, represents just one phase in the broader process of asset recovery. We understand that the outcome thus far has not met your expectations, particularly in terms of financial recovery. It's important to clarify that our role as investigators is distinct from that of legal practitioners. Upon identifying the suspect, we fulfilled our commitment by connecting you with a specialized law firm in the relevant jurisdiction. This action was intended to bridge the gap between investigative findings and legal recourse. The decision to pursue legal action, and any associated costs, rests with our clients, as we cannot influence legal proceedings directly. Regarding the timeline of our investigation, it's crucial to understand that the nature of international investigations, especially those spanning multiple jurisdictions, introduces complexities beyond our control. While we strive to manage and guide the investigation efficiently, the timeline can be affected by factors outside our influence, including the responsiveness of third parties and legal systems across different countries. Our mention of challenges was meant to convey these unpredictable elements, not to offer excuses for delays. Our team has indeed gone beyond our standard obligations in an effort to support you across these jurisdictions. We remain committed to providing assistance and are available to discuss how we can further aid your case within our capacity as investigators. If you wish to explore additional avenues or require further investigative support, we encourage you to reach out to us. Your trust in our services is something we value deeply. We are continuously working to enhance our processes and communication to better serve our clients. Your feedback is instrumental in this effort, and we are grateful for the opportunity to reassess and improve our approach. Sincerely, The CNC Intelligence Team

Hello Doron Meler, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We sincerely apologize if our service did not meet your expectations. We take all reviews seriously and strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. However, after searching our database, we could not locate any records under your name. This might be due to a variety of reasons, such as using a different name when availing our services or perhaps there may have been a mix-up. If you genuinely are one of our clients, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further and understand any issues you might have encountered. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Additionally, we have phone and chat support available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to assist you with any concerns. If there has been a misunderstanding or if this review was meant for another business, we kindly request that you reconsider your rating or provide more specific feedback. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to hear from you soon. Warm regards, The CNC Intelligence Team
