At this time we only provide quality preparation for the written part of your exam and offer several skills videos on our website as an added feature, we do not offer preparation for clinical skills. I am really sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our program, but as my colleague mentioned to you last week, we do not offer preparation for the practical part of your exam, neither do we advertise it. We do have several complimentary videos on our website which we might look into expanding, however, at this time we only provide preparation to written (multiple-choice) test. Thank you for your feedback, Trina. I am sorry to hear about your exam experience, does that mean that you were not able to pass your written test? Nine out of ten Premium customers pass their official CNA test, and we regret if we missed the mark in your case. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not shared with anyone; those are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically (even though our customers report that most of the questions on the real test are very similar to what they have seen here).
