Thank you for your feedback, Ro. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our product and did not find it challenging enough. At the moment the questions in our exam simulator are indeed randomly selected from the practice test questions you would studied already. however, it is done for better knowledge retention and to ensure that all topics are covered thoroughly enough for our clients to pass the test. We also maintain our databases on the the daily basis and update questions whenever changes occur so we are not sure which "redundant test questions in the Exam simulator portion of the test prep" you are referring too, but we value your feedback and would be happy to look into these questions if you could send them over to us directly at [email protected]. You are welcome to send in the mistake report whenever you encounter a question like that to us as well. Diana L.

Thank you for your feedback, Debra! Actually, we do have a CNA Test Genie for practice on the go. However, for your progress to be synced on all devices, please use your mobile browser (not the app!) and log into your Premium account the same way you do on a desktop computer/laptop.
