I signed up for this service to help prepare for my upcoming written exam. I went through all of the modules and then quizzed myself daily with their exam simulator. I breezed through the exam and passed with no problem! It definitely paid for itself and I would highly recommend using it since it did mirror the exam questions closely. It even has videos of all the skills you'll be tested on as well.

I wasn't pleased with it. Some of the questions on the test. Were never covered in the review.

Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. We are very sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our program. Does that mean that you have been successful on your exam? It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically (even though our customers report that most of the questions on the real test are very similar to what they have seen here). We do offer a Pass Guarantee on our 30 days and longer packages if all other Pass Guarantee conditions are met, however refunds are not offered for our 7 day premium plans. We wish you luck on your next attempt, Diana L.
