Our self-service course was available immediately after purchase, and we sent a welcome letter with links to your practice tests, instructions on what to complete, and even a "start practicing now" direct link to you straight away. Our records show that the letter was opened. We also reached out a few days after your purchase to check in but didn't receive a response.
