Trying to deal with this company‘s customer service is an absolute nightmare. I believe it is an AI bot and they even mentioned an email that you were speaking to AI. They say the exchanges are very simple, but it has been an absolute disaster. If you do not get the correct color for your project, good luck, trying to remedy the situation.

My order qualified for Free 2-day shipping, which was the right time for my project car. However, Clyde's downgraded to one-week delivery and blamed UPS for this. I wish/suggest Clyde's offered PAID 2-day shipping to larger orders, so this bait-and-switch cannot happen. I contacted Clyde's CSR about this but never heard back again after they blamed UPS . Just to clarify UPS delivery is based on what they paid which was regular Ground delivery not Express 2 day.
