Ordered on May 6, received confirmation in my email. They immediately debited my account but now on May 21st I have yet to receive anything, only communication is with a computer. Called the number and disconnected 4 times after giving all information each time. State that my email and order number do not match, yet i have in my email stream their conformation with my order number. Please do not use this company. One day I will learn to check customer service before I order

I made a purchase in mid-April 2026 and have been trying to reach them for over a month, to find out how to return it for a better matching color. I've used the contact form on their website – twice – no response. I've emailed their customer service – multiple times – no response. I've called their customer service – multiple times – and the bot hangs up on me. There is literally no way to reach a human being at this company. Terrible customer service. I have no way to return this product so I'll dispute the charge with my credit card.

Placed Order #113687 on 4/28/2026 with 3 day shipping. As of 5/19/26 still have not received. Horrible service.

Placed order April 26 order#113492 didn’t ship after a week. Was told they couldn’t find my order from my email. When sent my receipt they said it would be shipped in a week. Got an email today saying order is delayed and didn’t provide any timeline or option to cancel.

April 28 order placed. May 15th now product. They cannot find the order by my email address. USPS # 9235990351533403595122 states label created, but never put into the hands of the USPS. This is what you get when dealing with Liberal Democratic Socialist Yankees.

Clyde’s was out of stock on a common color of leather stain, and also proceeded to add 2 more items to my order WITHOUT my authorization, and billed me for them. Never let me know that it was out of stock until I checked on the order. Poor business practices.

Absolute scam company. Offensively overpriced, They will sell you a 2 oz bottle of acetone for $25. Instruct you in a 5 step process where every step requires a $20 2 oz bottle of “Clyde’s” solution. Absolutely insane. I don’t believe any of these 5 stars are legitimate. Go to Home Depot and pay 10% for twice as much. They are purely here to take advantage of you.

Ordered leather dye and cleaner, dye arrived dried up and unusable. Called customer service for 3 days no answer, emailed customer service asked that a human call me about my problem, no answer. Not able to talk to a human and after several weeks of requests to an AI customer support, I finally recieved replacement product.
