I had a very positive experience with this company. After receiving my chair, I noticed an issue with the backrest. I contacted customer support and they responded very quickly and professionally. They immediately arranged a replacement part without any complications. Communication was clear, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. The replacement arrived as promised and everything is now perfect.

It feels wierd giving such a positiv review when so many reviews of this company is negativ. I ordered a an expensive pewdiepie chair and noticed 1 armrest was not funtioning correctly and the back had a hole in it. I wrote to them and with no delay got sent new parts. The chair feels amazing and is very customisable, wich is great since i spend so much time in it. it really helped my posture.
