I was added to one of the optimization platform for Clutch.co (clutch-advdrive.com, which now changed, they keep on changing the url) and was made to buy apps for gaining commissions. They made me pay pour 185k worth of usdt funds in their platform saying I could withdraw - and later on when it came time to withdraw their cs blocked me in whatsapp. There was a so called 'guarantor' - who introduced me to them in 1st place - who pretended to help me with some amounts. I've lost all my saving and am in 135k cad worth of debt because of these scammers. They have Clutch.co certificates in their site. I've sent messages to clutch.co CEO and Chairman in linkedin about this but no one responded. I am in desperate situation because of this company. Beware, learn from my experience. Edit: the below answer states that I'm talking about some other Clutch.co, which is impossible. That site I poured money into as per the assurance of customer service of Clutch.co - is not only registered under the trademark of Clutch.co(There is certificate uploaded) but also has the same layout, logo and content of Clutch.co. I have sent all the screenshots to the below address but no one has responded back to me. So again - please be very cautious when dealing with this company.

We're a video production company, were approached by Clutch consistently to join and sponsor some of their 'video production' lists. I was sceptical of committing to something for 12 months without a break clause or exit. Was told not a problem I could have a 3 month trial and I signed the contract and paid the fee. I then reached out to a client to write a review and they told me that it had been submitted and would be reviewed shortly. I spent some time adding items to our portfolio, updating our branding etc. Then their sales team reached out to me and told me I'd been given incorrect information and I actually couldn't have a three month trial, in fact I'd have to sign up to a year minimum because 'I need to give the platform a proper chance'. After arguing for quite some time I agreed in return for a discount. Then once I'd agreed, they reached out to me and it turns out they've lost the review that the client wrote for me and ask me to reach out to them again (I'm not harassing my clients to re write reviews). It's now been over a month and they're incredibly slow to respond taking over 2 weeks to get back to me on the review, and not being in the slightest bit helpful. No results, poor customer service, shady sales tactics. If you're a small business owner avoid, it's not worth the risk.

I would give 0 stars if I could, This is an update: Despite providing clear evidence of violations of their own Terms of Service, Clutch's response was inadequate. They conducted an internal audit and found three reviews that were done in violation of their TOS, but failed to take any meaningful action beyond warning Efir Media against future violations. Clutch even admitted that they do not use profile verification punitively, despite their own website stating that "Attempts to artificially inflate reviews involve knowingly submitting fraudulent reviews or reviews with a hidden conflict of interest to boost a service provider's Clutch ranking". This is unacceptable. Clutch has a responsibility to maintain the integrity of their platform and to protect their clients from fraudulent behavior by service providers. Their failure to take swift and decisive action in this case undermines the credibility of their platform and puts their clients at risk. I urge anyone considering using Clutch to carefully evaluate the credibility of the reviews on their platform, and to question whether Clutch is fulfilling its obligation to protect its clients from fraudulent behavior by service providers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Clutch to make decisions about service providers without conducting your own due diligence. In conclusion, Clutch's response to fraudulent reviews by Efir Media was inadequate and demonstrated a lack of commitment to maintaining the integrity of their platform. I would caution anyone considering using Clutch to carefully evaluate the credibility of the reviews on their platform before making any decisions.

The worst experience with managing profiles. Invoices not working, cannot charge cards, just pay to win site without any working section. Cannot download invoices

Before I applied the highest rate was %9.99. After applying I received a call and they said I have to apply through a shady bank called ''Quantifi'' with lowest rate %11.99 to highest rate of %30.99. I did not go further with clutch. I ended up screwing up my credit score in vain. I regret it so much.

A bunch of ldiots to be honest. So I have been using them for 2 months now and my account has got 1 view which was my friend. I have got 4 clients to send a review and they did but according to clutch they were suspicious or someshit along those lines. Its pay to win. Congratulations
