I came across clutch a few weeks back and it has been a pain to use the platform. I have yet to come across such a poorly designed platform being used to review other web development companies. Clutch should first fix their website which is fully bugs, totally user-unfriendly and pain to use. I wonder why companies and people are still using this crappy platform. Will never use it again.

I had this company use Clutch to spam me: Jack Foley RevDrive 6445 Powers Ferry Landing Atlanta, GA 30339 I asked Clutch to remove my profile. They said: "Unfortunately, we do not remove profiles completely." ... Their business needs to re-evaluate their practices. This company is now known as an interruption to my day.

We purchased starter plan of Clutch as their sales rep told us that we will be able to increase visibility, traffic and clicks on our business listing as well as will get 3-4 leads per month. It has been 8 months since we started paid plan and have hardly received any leads. Also they lock you in with Annual Contract by force and don't provide any support after you purchase the paid plan. Very pathetic company which provides review. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BEHIND THIS FRAUD PLATFORM.

I am utterly appalled and infuriated by the sheer unprofessionalism exhibited by Clutch. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. We've been loyal clients, engaged in a significant project for over a year, and yet, the treatment we've received is disgraceful. Our client, despite providing exhaustive evidence and detailed reviews, has been repeatedly and unreasonably asked for more. This endless loop of demands is not only absurd but also shows a lack of respect for our time and efforts. The level of incompetence is staggering. We've even provided a year's worth of comprehensive screenshots, company credentials, and more, yet it's never enough for Clutch. Their incessant requests for additional evidence are beyond reason. As a result of this fiasco, I have taken immediate action. I've instructed my team to remove their carousel from our site, which was a significant traffic driver. Furthermore, I'm using my industry influence to advise peers who are currently using Clutch's services to cease doing so, due to their blatant unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise any professional company looking for growth to steer clear of Clutch. Trust me, engaging with them is a decision you'll regret. They don't just fail to support your business; they disgrace it. This is a warning to all: avoid Clutch if you value your professional sanity.

Ridiculous attention and very bad experience. We paid 4 months and got literally 0 results. Team is not great, support is not great and the offers they made are pretty fake.

We paid for the placing of article publication on Clutch web site how-build-international-business-heavily-sanctioned-country For some reason article was deleted. I contacted Clutch support team on a site form and by email, nobody answer to me. They just ignore my messages for 2 weeks.

Extremely disappointing experience dealing with their manager and the Featured Listings service. We had a clear agreement for Staff Augmentation and securing the 2nd Featured spot, for which I made the payment. To my surprise, they placed my company in the 4th position instead. When I contacted them for an explanation, the response was essentially that it was acceptable. This suggests that, according to their logic, the terms you pay for can be changed at their discretion. Highly unprofessional conduct.
