Clutch.co has been, without question, the worst investment we’ve made in over a decade of business. They outright lied about the traffic volume on the pages they placed us on and made false promises about the rankings we’d achieve. Despite being told we’d see results within three months, it’s now been seven months, and we haven’t seen a single lead—no inquiries, no filled-out lead forms, absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, they refuse to let us end the contract, holding us financially hostage with no option but to keep paying. This has been the most frustrating experience we’ve ever had with a marketing platform. If you’re considering Clutch, think twice—it's been a costly lesson in false promises and empty returns.

They don't even deserve a single star. Worst investment we ever made. The sales guy made promises of of the number of visitors we will be getting and the rankings. We were told if we increase reviews, our rankings will increase with time and that it would take atleast 3 months to see results. It seems like Clutch was not honest with us, and wrong numbers were quoted. This is not how reputable companies work. If we had known the actual numbers, we would have never opted for Clutch. We paid $23k+ for no leads, and a warning to anyone reading this, don't go for them. You'll not get a single lead out of them if you are placed below 7.

I completely agree with everyone giving Clutch.co a 1-star rating. No one should use Clutch.co to find companies! We lost $210,000 with a software development company that we found through Clutch.co. It seems like 95% of their reviews are fake. Please, do not support a platform like Clutch.co. They allow scammers to be listed on their site, and many of the companies listed on Clutch.co are either fake or engage in fraudulent practices, while the reviews are often misleading or fabricated. Use other sites to check companies, but do not rely on Clutch.co. They refused to publish our review about a company that scammed us. Clutch.co supports fake companies on their platform. Be aware and choose carefully. The company where we worked with is still listed on Clutch.co. Company name: Konstant Infosolutions pvt in Jairpur India. Do not work with this company!!! We lost our total money here and we got nothing! Also, what Clutch.co is currently stating as an answer is incorrect. Clutch.co responds with: "Your review was not published on the service provider's profile because a representative of your company had already left a review for that provider." This is completely wrong and incorrect! The person who left the review is not a representative of my company, and secondly, they developed something different that was paid for by another organization. First of all, we are not part of the same organization, and the founder is certainly not involved. Moreover, the project for which I paid was a standalone project and had nothing to do with the existing project. But sure, if you want to support companies that provide fraudulent and poor service in development, go ahead! That's why I left my review here on Trustpilot about clutch.co.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY First of all their listing is not something you can try for a month. It's a year commitment. Even after you cancel after year they'll argue with you about how you still need to pay additional time. I'm now being billed for 13 months. 95% of the reviews on their website is fake. It only takes common sense to look at who is their highest rated agency, go on their website and look at their reputation and work. If you somehow miss a payment you'll have people call you, text you and email you from many different emails like their house is under fire. It's insane.... Not worth it. Waste of time... and they will distract you from growing your business. I've worked with Jacqueline Ezeani, Darryl Collins, Noah Abbott and always communicated that I intended on cancelling. Avoid this at all cost!

In the beginning they committed to put us on top pages of fintech development and then suddenly they dropped us down saying that there are lot of other agencies who are paying. I asked to stop the subscription for months but they kept denying stating that contract is 1 year. They want to extort money without any accountability. They are just interested in your money with 0% accountability!

An unfortunate waste of money. A year ago, I paid for a sponsorship that would place me higher up in my city for my specific service. A few months in, they changed their sponsorship opportunities which caused me to fall to 6th place and then down to 10th by the end of my term. It's unfortunate because a couple of years ago, these sponsorships really allowed me to grow, but now they seem to be a waste.

Nothing but spam from other countries, I have looked through our web traffic reports and clutch.co is referring traffic from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and more, waist of time and money if you are a US Based business looking for clients.
