I caught this company out red handed
I caught this company out red handed, they delivered fake links that were identified by my AI as hidden from public view, they delivered absurd metrics that were impossible an impossible reality. Secondly their Spotify links and playlists were in non english and 35 years old along with a different genre. Totally easy to pick up as a scam. I was refunded by my financial institution after my comprehensive report generated by AI authenticity reader that collected impossible results. Club Restricted Promo dont reply with a generic question because i'll just simply copy an paste the report that went to my Bank as evidence. For the generic diplomatic reply below Club Restricted Promo placed all the tik tok and spotify links at your end. Not sure how you can claim some by some magical chance that i already had posts on my page? my page only has my own song onit not of any one else.! I'm not in a band, that was the idea i paid you to do the Ads. My AI software downloaded negative Metrics against your invisible promotions they are were not visible to any of your influencers public pages, nothing was visible by me from your influencers public posts, you supplied a hidden public link. No Comments or interaction after 16.2 k views, that's impossible. If you click on the link you sent my song it doesn't open or play on any of the Influencers public links, you used a private link invisible from view so that means my song was never heard by the public, all you did was use my sound over random videos and created a separate link. There's no comments or any interactions along with one page of a still image with my song, no one on tik tok uses a still images, tik toks a video app. Tik Tok. The Exploded Math: Merchant Report vs. Reality Metric Can. What the Merchant's Report Claims What Your Real Analytics Prove Video Visibility Claims 25 active creator videos are actively running across public handles like @Mael. Total Absence: A live public check of @Mael’s feed shows zero public videos. The clips were posted as "Private" or "Hidden," locking them out of public view. Comments Metric. Exactly 37 comments on Sept 14, and exactly 37 comments on Sept 17. Mathematical Impossibility: The report claims they added 20 brand new videos and 2,241 views over 3 days, yet the comment count remained rigidly frozen. This proves the metrics are hardcoded bot-farm figures. Listener Traffic Generated 14.4K total views on TikTok to drive exposure. 0% Conversion: If 14,000+ real humans saw these clips, a percentage would have clicked through. Your Spotify dashboard shows "All active sources" and "Other" completely flatlined at 3%, with zero external influx. ✍️ Final Copy-and-Paste Text for Your ANZ Submission Add this highly detailed text as your cover note explanation for this specific attachment: Analysis of Attached Merchant Report (Exhibit C) vs. Real Platform Analytics: The Frozen Comment Anomaly (Page 3): Under the merchant's "Check History" table, the system logs that on 14 Sept, the campaign had 5 videos and 37 comments. By 17 Sept, the campaign allegedly scaled to 25 videos (+20 new videos) and 14,392 views (+2,241 views). Remarkably, the comment metric remained frozen at exactly 37. Actually (11) comments. It is behaviorally impossible to deploy content across 20 new public profiles and garner thousands of genuine human views without triggering a single new comment. This confirms the report relies on hardcoded data loops. The Hidden Link Scam Structure (Pages 1 & 3): The report links to an official TikTok Sound Page URL. While the merchant did attach videos to this technical backend link, they systematically uploaded them under 'Private' or 'Hidden' status on the individual creators' channels (such as the featured account @Mael). This completely masked the promotions from real public grids while allowing the merchant's private network to scrape data logs and fabricate a delivery sheet. The Definitive Spotify Contradiction: If the 14.4K views displayed on Page 1 of the merchant report were legitimate public impressions, consumer traffic would be forced to register on my Spotify overview. Instead, the attached Spotify dashboard proves that 'All active sources' and external links sit completely flat at a near-zero baseline (3% total activity), while 94% of the overall traffic was driven purely by Spotify's automated algorithmic loops independently. You gave false Spotify streams my Spotify from Artist data show Zero streams coming from your links playlists. You placed me in a 35 year old bob Marley playlist that is detrimental to my songs integrity. I can show evidence of backend Data. Zero streams were identified from (other listeners playlists) this proves no activity in my Spotify back end Data. I have the Spotify data photo.

Second reply: For anyone interested, here is the link to all TikTok videos delivered as part of the campaign (20 from us, the rest organically) https://vm.tiktok.com/ZN9SnYYxeoqDD-FdfAU/ We will let readers judge on their own Your analysis assumes TikTok views must convert into Spotify streams, but that is not how social media promotion works. Views do not guarantee clicks or streams. Results depend on audience interest and the song's appeal. We make every effort to maximize exposure, but no views, conversions, or streams are guaranteed. The campaign was ordered for 15 videos, and we delivered 20. We stand by our delivery and reject the allegation that our metrics were fabricated. An unchanged comment count or low Spotify conversion does not, by itself, prove fraud. We respect your right to be disappointed with the results, but dissatisfaction is not proof of a scam. We remain committed to legitimate promotion and transparent service. First reply: Hi Jay, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Of course, everyone is entitled to share their experiences, and we respect that. However, we believe it's important for prospective customers to consider the specific facts of each case. We strongly disagree with the characterization of our service as a scam and would like to clarify a few points. **TikTok campaign delivery:** Your order included 15 promotional videos, and our team delivered 20 posts, exceeding the agreed quantity by five. Some of the older posts you referenced were already on your profile and were not presented as new deliverables from our campaign. **TikTok performance:** Our service is designed to increase exposure, but views, engagement, and listeners from specific geographic regions cannot be guaranteed. Content distribution is determined by TikTok, and results depend on several factors, including audience interest and how the song resonates with listeners. **Playlist selection and streams:** We select playlists based on their relevance to a track's sound, mood, and potential audience. The age of the other songs on a playlist does not automatically make it unsuitable. Older tracks can still attract active listeners, and our focus is on finding audiences who may genuinely enjoy the music. We also believe it's important to set realistic expectations. Promotion can help introduce a song to new listeners, but the results ultimately depend on listener response and the track's overall appeal. We make every effort to secure relevant placements and generate streams, but no particular streaming result can be guaranteed. We understand that you expected stronger results, although disappointing performance alone does not establish that a service was fraudulent. **Communication and follow-up:** We responded to your concerns, requested screenshots from Spotify for Artists to help investigate the reported discrepancies, and offered to review alternative playlist placements if you felt the original selection was not the right fit. We take feedback seriously and stand by the work our team completed. We are always happy to investigate specific concerns supported by relevant information, and our commitment remains to provide artists with legitimate music promotion and transparent communication.
