Customer service is awful. Poorly staff. Enjoyed the classes and instructors 4 years ago but the quality has drastically decreased. They charge a monthly fee for pausing your membership for health reasons. They will not cancel your membership over the phone. In person only. The reformer is not padded. Leaves bruises on all pressure points. Minimal instruction on the actual reformer. Mostly mat work. I can do that at home. Save your money.

This is the biggest scam ever!! They they you that you can come unlimited and they have no classes available… they also do want you, that they may kick you out of any class and they are allowed to do so, which you think well, I won’t do anything for them to kick me out but it won’t matter. They will say that the class is too advance n you can not take it so you have to leave and the beginners class is once a day n sometimes u can’t make it or is full or not even challenging enough because I complained I needed more challenged and they told em I needed to be 6 months on begginers before I could move up. Even if they kicked you out pretty much they still charge you a no show fee, which is crazy because you did show up and they didn’t allow h to take the class. Luckily I only got one month n refuse to sign up for the yearly membership even though was cheaper …. Every time u go and bring u own sucks they tell u, you most buy their sucks who fb cost 20$ each sucks and you can’t participate with the sucks you have on….. Crazy ……. Totally scam

Loved the classes, instructors etc. The problem is with their policies. My entire family belonged to one club where the owner had multiple franchises. They changed the schedule at the franchise location we belonged to so we wanted to move to the other location, owned by the same guy. Just a simple move right? No. I had to cancel at my current club, pay a cancellation fee, physically go to the other location, reenroll and pay a new sign up fee. What a scam. They tried to claim it was a corp. policy, and was driven by each club having an independent membership in the computer- yet if you had an unlimited membership you could use all 4 clubs owned by this guy.

I signed up without a clear explanation that the membership required a 3-month commitment, nothing about the fees for cancellation. Now that I want to freeze my membership, I’m being charged an additional $25 monthly fee, and to cancel, they are forcing me to pay for another extra month. This is ridiculous. No one should be forced to continue paying for something they no longer need or use. I understand if the original membership fee of $150 is non-refundable or if I would need to pay again in the future to rejoin, but forcing customers into extra payments through loopholes is unfair and misleading. They continue charging fees in ways that completely blindside customers. The environment is not friendly at all, especially the staff. It feels more like a company focused only on taking money from people rather than caring about clients or providing good service. I’ve honestly never seen more narcissistic and entitled behavior from a business. Looking back, it’s no surprise the overall reviews are so low — unfortunately, I didn’t check them before signing up.

The Pilates in New Port Richey took my money and wrote lying notes promising a refund. I think there plan was to delay what our banks could do to get everyone’s money back. I bought a subscription for my daughter as a Christmas gift.

One of the worst and most upsetting experiences I've had anywhere. Signing up accidentally by ticking something and found myself in a subscription they gave me hell to try and cancel. Seemed like a bargain - 6 classes for £97. After one month I got another charge - realised the error and had told them I'd only signed up for a 6 session deal? they said I'd ticked something when I downloaded the app signing me up for a subscription that was minimum 3 months. I was honest, told them I was a student and couldn't afford it, that I was really struggling and wasn't even local. I swallowed my sadness and paid the three months, even though I was in another country. Nope - kept being charged. I called and they were so unhelpful, rude even. All in all, I ended up spending about £700 for the 4 classes I managed to attend and never got a refund. Just seeing the ads makes me tearful. Please do not give these people your card details. Go for a class if you want but don't give them your details to have on file.

I went yo a sample class and decided to join. I looked at the schedule and talk to person at the front desk. I was told that I could take this one class on Tuesday because that was the only one that fit in my schedule. I thought that it was like other classes where you sign for that class for 3 months. She took my payment and then explained that I have to sign up for the class each week. When I went to sigh up some weeks where full. She then went to say look at the schedule and find other classes. Really, I just talked to her about and said that was only class that fit in my schedule, she said that was not a problem. Now I am stuck with a credit I can't use. So I paid gor 4 classes and could only use three because they didn't listen and they where deceptive with there sign up process. Never again. I also don't feel the instructors are helpful.
