I'm so glad I found Club 1 Hotels! I have been booking through them for 3 years now and have never had a problem. They offer excellent discounts and have a variety of options. I even save when I book last minute! I will continue to do all my bookings through Club 1 because the savings are amazing! Also, customer service is excellent!

Club1 has been a great service for booking all types of hotels, including major chains, at discounted rates. Of the many bookings, I’ve only encountered one scenario where the hotel I booked did not have my reservation and ended up being sold out. When i contacted customer support Club1 worked to remedy the situation quickly and found a comparable hotel nearby. Only suggestion for improvement is their booking platform - it’s a little clunky from a UI experience but that’s about it!

Always a great experience with Club 1 Hotels

We have booked two vacations through club 1 so far. The discounts made their nightly price lower than any i found elsewhere. They even have a number to text for customer service and a real person responds straight away. Looking forward to booking all our travel through Club 1!
