ZERO STARS!!!!! Terrible customer service. On hold forever. Same doctor bills come back at different co-pays. I push back on almost all claims and they admit they were incorrect and update payment. I will call several times about the same issue and each time I get a different story. STAY AWAY!

45 minutes on the phone with some kind of crazy screeching music playing in my ear.Then passed me of to 3 different people with repeated menus asking the same questions over and over, just to ask a simple question of a person with a foreign accent that I could not understand.Just ridiculous.

The representative when asked if I could make a payment over the phone said yes, then she stated I could not. She took too long to answer questions, it's rediculous. Also I asked why I keep having to pay late enrollment, when the person that first enrolled me never said anything about I would be having a penalty. I am going to close my account

I suffer from psoriasis and osteoarthritis My body is 90 % covered And Clover does not have a SPECIAL PRESCRIPTION THEY APPROVED MY PRESCRIPTION AND MY CO PAY IS OVER $1000 they need to make serious changes to the programs I was sold something CLOVER DENIED.

Clover thinks they know better than your doctor if you need to be admitted to the hospital or not. Maybe we should call Clover next time we have an emergency. I am 69 and had acute appendicitis then severe chest pains hit me and Clover says I did not need to be admitted to hospital. Troponin was 23 then climbed to 30 so I wore heart monitor and nitro patch over night. DENIED

By far the WORST Medicare advantage plan! Since partnering with CVS Caremark,(without notifying members or asking if we would allow it)every prescribed medication is denied, even if the doctor provides information for preauthorization and medical need. They say it’s Medicare that denies, but I verified with Medicare that it is NOT them!

They are a bunch of slimy worthless scam artists. I told them I only needed two months of insurance as a job requirement, I told them exactly when to cancel the plan far ahead of time and they continued charging me anyways. I tried to call my agent several times and he continuously ignored me. I had to eventually dispute the charges and put in multiple cancellation requests. I hope everyone involved in this scam gets cancer. If you ever get on the phone with Aaron Andreoni tell him he's a worthless greaseball and do yourself a favor, hang up before he scams you too.

I have not had any problems with the insurance. The co-pays are always correct. I’m very low. They cover everything so far that I’ve had to have done. The only problem is they’re very slow paying my doctors
