Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that the Notary team we use for completing the set-up process, per requirements of the USPS, has been very busy lately and booking a time slot was more difficult. As a matter of practice, we always credit the first two days of every Agreement to compensate for the need to book and complete the CMRA paperwork. Our clients do get to pick the date, upon sign up, that they wish services to commence. It is unfortunate that given this, and the month credit that we provided for the extra time it took to complete the paperwork, that you are unsatisfied with the service. We appreciate your honest comments as we do strive to make the sign-up process as streamlined as possible. Glad we were able to get things sorted out for you. We appreciate your updated feedback.
