Can't recommend the company with the current policy but great customer service
The online experience was fine. The problem is after that. You should know: you will NOT get a working phone number (which means you may not get the one you picked) or address (mostly for letterhead, business cards, registration forms etc.) until you complete the USPS CMRA. This form is ONLY required by USPS, but the business uses it to hold your setup hostage after taking your money. This is NOT clearly stated anywhere on the website and it is lightly, briefly, pseudo implied from the email. I don't recommend the company for this reason or at least until they fix it, but I am upping my score because of their customer service working with me to refund me. FYI: The phone number has NOTHING to do with USPS, thus there's no logical reason to withhold the number or even reserve the address - you just can't process (open or redirect) the mail, but you can receive it. All of the places do. So basically they made an internal decision to lump it all in together - and their refusal to change the process doesn't change my notes above, because they COULD do it if they wanted.

Thank you for your feedback. The CMRA form is a requirement for any receiving agency in order for mail to be accepted on behalf of another person or company; in this case, the receiving agency is the physical location where a virtual office is located. Without the form completed, the virtual office cannot be setup. This is outlined in our terms and conditions which have to be agreed to before purchasing the virtual office and is mentioned in the email sent immediately after purchase. We do reserve the phone number chosen during the order process so that you are guaranteed to receive that same phone number once the administrative processes are complete. We are glad to hear that our support team was able to help with issuing a refund for the order. Unfortunately, we would not be able to change this policy, but do appreciate your honest comments on areas where we can make improvements. Thank you for editing your review and we're glad that you received positive customer service overall. We will look into our process further and see how we can make the set-up process more clear to users. We appreciate your feedback.
