CloudStickReviews of cloudstick.io

I recently had the pleasure of using CloudStick to manage my web servers, and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. Setting up my WordPress site and migrating it to the new server was a breeze. The entire process was completed in just 8 minutes, which is incredibly fast. I rented a cost-effective Ubuntu server for $41 a year, opting for good memory and CPU specifications. Thanks to CloudStick, the server configuration was straightforward, and managing multiple websites has never been easier. The performance boost is noticeable, leading to improved customer experience and SEO results. One standout feature is the exceptional 24/7 support. I initially contacted them because the migration process seemed too good to be true, but they reassured me with prompt and helpful responses. Their team is genuinely available around the clock, providing outstanding assistance whenever needed. Overall, CloudStick offers a fantastic solution for anyone looking to manage their web servers efficiently and effectively. It's a tool I will continue to use and highly recommend to others.

Best deal I got and amazing support

The willingness of the CEO, CTO to help solve a clients issue and to personally get involved to help ensure success. I involved the Cloudstick team to help simplify the management of some of my web application servers. They needed to customize code to work with my back-end host (not on their list of supported hosts) and to work with my customize web app. They've been great. I rarely need to involve them anymore, but recently when I had an issue with a Cloudflare SSL certificate renewal, the CEO reached out to help.

We started working with the team at CloudStick mid year when we had a critical server infrastructure failures. They came in and helped us to clean up, migrate and optimize our tech stack to work flawlessly since. On top of having a really good product, their support is top notch. We have finally found our sweet spot in order to offer our clients the services we need and at the same time the confidence in our offering as a team. Thank you to Aswin especially for all the extra efforts put in and guidance.

Easy to use and nice customer support. Recommend product

It was all good during the trial period. But the issue starts when you are on the free plan after the trial. In their plan detail page Manual SSL feature was listed under Free plan also. But you'll realize you cannot install an SSL in any way after the trial. Your site will become not accessible. They'll force you to upgrade to their paid plan. If they don't offer SSL in the free plan, they should mention it properly so that the customers don't face such issues with their hard work done on their website.

easy to use server management tools and great support. I hope you can improve your features.

Their tech support is superb. I liked how they helped deploying my site from start all the way to migration, installing SSL, fixing bugs and what not! Really grateful to the cloudstick team on making it happen for me.
